You are making a hotel booking directly with us. During check-in, you may be required to provide a form of payment and identification proofs. Be aware that any other inclusions not mentioned in this booking may incur additional charges. Outside food and liquor are not permitted in public areas. We take pride in being a pure vegetarian resort, which means non-vegetarian food service is not allowed.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel your hotel booking 15 or more days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel between 10 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount will be retained. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the hotel booking. The refund processing time may vary based on the payment gateway or banking institution involved. Please be aware that any applicable taxes, cancellation charges, booking fees, or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount in accordance with our cancellation policy. Additionally, in the event of early departure or shortening of your stay after check-in, refunds will be processed in line with our hotel booking terms and cancellation policy.

Visitors are permitted to meet a staying guest only with the permission of the respective guest, in accordance with our privacy policy. For security purposes, all visitors must present a valid government-issued photo identification proof at the resort. Please note that visitors are not permitted to meet or access the guest in the guest room after 10:00 p.m., in line with our hotel booking terms and cancellation policy.
